Nothing screams summer like a bite into a cob with smoky flavors, a gentle char and sweet kernels. Our Chef Amalia has taken her cobs one step further, enhancing each bite with harissa and lime, adding a spicy, mexican kick that will leave your taste buds wanting more! The local butter from Mountain View Farm is an added plus, further enhancing the rich flavor and smooth texture.
